This specialized facility provides support for individuals with autism, who may also have associated learning disabilities.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to oversee a team of staff, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and the standards set by CQC and other regulatory bodies.
- Uphold the highest standards of care for all residents, managing the service effectively.
- Support residents in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of person-centered, needs-led, and outcome-focused services.
- Dedication to delivering quality care and service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in a deputy manager role, with knowledge of the needs of service users.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly wage of £12.30, translating to an annual salary of £25,584. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, primarily during the day. In recognition of your dedication, you will enjoy a range of generous benefits:
