Commercial Cost Assurance Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to work as a Commercial Cost Assurance Specialist for a leading contracts, commercial & construction consultancy on a major high-speed rail infrastructure project.

The contract is an Inside IR35 day rate position, with negotiations possible based on relevant experience. The contract will last for 6 months and is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure project.

As a Commercial Cost Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking commercial cost verification and assurance work. This will involve working closely with the project team to ensure that costs are accurately verified and reported.

You will need to have experience working as a commercial cost assurance specialist on similar-sized infrastructure projects. It would be beneficial to have experience with CEMAR, NEC contracts, and benchmarking cost models.

A membership to a recognised professional body such as RICS would also be advantageous in this role.
