The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and presentation of high-end dishes served plated to order, working Monday to Friday with daytime working hours.

We maintain a well-equipped kitchen staffed by kitchen porters and assistants, providing a supportive environment for a talented leader to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes meet high standards and are presented visually appealingly.
  • To guide and support a team of 5 chefs, providing necessary guidance to ensure they deliver their best work.
  • To maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • To collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operation.
