We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our Workplace Solutions Team in Cambridgeshire.
This role involves working within the team to deliver planned maintenance and reactive tasks across the Cambridgeshire County Council contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and repair of gas equipment to current regulations and standards.
- General maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Quoted work repairs and light installation work on gas equipment across our network of sites.
- Championing the wellbeing of teams and promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
- Attending and completing maintenance tasks within agreed timescales.
Requirements include:
- Commercial gas qualifications, including COCN1, CENWAT1, CCP1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1.
- Understanding of SFG20 and ability to deliver works to a timescale.
- Preferred NVQ in Mechanical and/or Electrical to support gas qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence, as this is a mobile role.
