About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team at NoMad London, a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Covent Garden. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel from sundown to sunrise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing the running of the hotel during night shifts, working closely with the Night Manager and concierge team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, welcoming them to the hotel and assisting with their luggage and last-minute inquiries.
  • Liaise with the concierge team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Embodies the NoMad standards of genuine, attentive, and friendly service.
  • Adaptable to working evening shifts, 4 on; 4 off, with a general shift pattern of 8pm-8am.

Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar Night Porter role is beneficial.
  • Experience of night shift work is essential.
