Role Overview

The role of Account Director at Harrison Scott Associates requires a forward-thinking individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will ensure each customer receives a personal approach, leading to strong relationships and business growth. This role oversees the smooth running of projects and accounts, offering variety and requiring multitasking and juggling multiple jobs, including:

  1. Liaising with customers/external sales, taking new design briefs and orders
  2. Processing orders and artworks, adhering to stringent quality procedures
  3. Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
  4. Ordering materials and tooling for production of client orders
  5. Raising estimates and quotations
  6. Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, who can 'make things happen'. As the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, professionals must be welcoming and well-presented at all times.
