Business Development Manager

Role Overview
The role of Account Director at Harrison Scott Associates requires a forward-thinking individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will ensure each customer receives a personal approach, leading to strong relationships and business growth. This role oversees the smooth running of projects and accounts, offering variety and requiring multitasking and juggling multiple jobs, including:
- Liaising with customers/external sales, taking new design briefs and orders
- Processing orders and artworks, adhering to stringent quality procedures
- Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ordering materials and tooling for production of client orders
- Raising estimates and quotations
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, who can 'make things happen'. As the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, professionals must be welcoming and well-presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
