Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment is proud to present a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join one of the UK's most respected national firms. Our client offers flexible arrangements for agile working and remote work options.

This is a genuine opportunity to progress to a partner at the firm, with a clear defined pathway of development. The ideal candidate can be a Mixed Tax specialist, or have a focus on Private Client Tax or Corporate Tax.

The main purpose of the role is to lead and develop the firm's regional tax consultancy offering while maintaining a significant existing client portfolio. The team undertakes tax enquiry work, provides tax advisory support on corporate transactions, advises on business restructures, and provides specific tax advice on a range of matters to corporate clients and High Net Worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advisory & planning services to a large existing portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients focusing on SMEs, OMBs, groups, partnerships & HNWIs.
  • Business Development and Networking: develop client services and grow tax portfolio.
  • Increase awareness & exposure of the firm's tax services.
  • Relevant experience of IHT and CGT planning, advising on residence and domicile.
