Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to help prepare delicious meals according to our standard recipes. As a member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the prep station and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Prepare high-quality meals by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Stock inventory and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-service restaurant operations experience.
  • 1+ years of full-service line cook experience.
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
