Job Description

As a Senior Power Electronics Engineer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge products for nations and customers worldwide.

You will be responsible for circuit design, prototyping, testing, and integrating hardware for motor control and feedback loops, supporting our Actuation Systems.

Your responsibilities will span from early feasibility assessments to certification and transitioning products to production.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that our products meet quality, cost, and rate targets throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of enhancing supplier performance in terms of delivery and quality
  • Conduct capacity audits to identify key bottlenecks, yield, resources, and sub-tier mapping
  • Manage a supplier portfolio, reporting performance metrics to designated projects
  • Evaluate the capability of the supply chain and suppliers to meet MBDA's delivery profile
  • Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies such as DMAIC

Requirements
