As a Resident Doctor in our Critical Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide medical care to inpatients, including clerking new admissions, daily patient ward rounds, and responding to medical emergencies.
* Deliver medical procedures as required, including vascular access, airway management, and pain management.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
* Participate in audits and training to continuously improve patient outcomes and staff development.

Requirements:

* MBBS medical qualification
* Fully registered with the GMC and current licence to practice
* Additional post-graduate qualification FRCA/ FICM/ MRCEM/MRCP or equivalent
* NHS Trained Intensive care medicine or Anaesthesia to ST4 and above, or equivalent
* Ability to manage complex airways competently unsupervised and train and support others
* Ability to demonstrate teaching and mentoring of junior doctors
