Job Overview: VC Evidensia UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional reception support across our Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, and Wantage sites. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering a warm and efficient service to our clients and their pets.

About the Role: We are looking for someone who is confident in animal handling, has strong communication skills, and can work well in a small team environment. Your duties will include greeting clients and pets, managing stock control, preparing paperwork for vets, and maintaining clean and organized areas. Additionally, you will need to be able to register clients, handle payments, process complaints and insurance forms, and assist with prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a clean current driving license, access to a car (preferable), and be able to travel to any of our sites. A good flexible attitude, adaptability, and IT proficiency are essential. You will also need to be comfortable working a mix of shifts between 7:30 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday, with weekend and bank-holiday shifts on rota.
