We are seeking a Technical Telecoms Projects Co-ordinator to join our team at Flotek Group, the fastest growing Tech Company in the South West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing all types of Telecoms related projects, handling administrative tasks such as provisioning, number porting, hardware orders, suppliers, and scheduling engineering diaries.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning projects received from the sales team
  • Facilitating initial kick off meetings with sales, engineering, and customers
  • Ordering services from suppliers
  • Ordering hardware from suppliers
  • Placing provisioning orders for broadband, hosted telephony, and mobiles
  • Managing number ports
  • Scheduling engineers for site installation and training
  • Updating customers on order progress
  • Booking stock and managing inventory
  • Providing documentation and handover to clients and support teams

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous project management experience
  • Telecoms project delivery experience (desirable)
  • Provisioning experience in Telecoms (desirable)
  • A positive attitude and can-do approach
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player mentality

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus:

  • Staff Share Equity Scheme

  • 21 days holiday increasing to 25 with 4 years of service (plus bank holidays)
