Technical Salesforce Leader Position

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Fynity. As a key figure in our Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects and leading a talented team of developers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce project execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps
  • Develop scalable solutions: Create well-structured, scalable solutions prioritising performance, security, and best practices
  • Guide junior team members: Promote high-quality coding standards and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Platform governance: Conduct code reviews and identify areas for improvement in development processes
  • Third-party integrations: Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with various third-party applications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Proven leadership skills: A track record in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture: In-depth understanding of coding standards, integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • DevOps & CI/CD familiarity: Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD processes

The package includes:

  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 plus a car allowance
  • Benefits: 25 days annual leave (with buy more option), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, and flexible benefits fund
  • Location: Hemel Hempstead (3 days onsite for collaboration and strategy sessions)
