The ideal candidate will have a strong billing history, experience with high-value claims, and excellent client care skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  • Support the PI team as needed
  • Run your own Clinical Negligence caseload, including litigated matters
  • Meet clients face-to-face
  • Attend Court hearings
  • Liaise with medical experts, Barristers, and other third parties
  • Prepare and draft documents
  • Value claims and deal with settlement negotiations

  • 5+ years PQE
  • Strong billing history
  • High-value claim experience
