About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Mechanic to join our team in West Yorkshire. As a Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant machinery, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to work at heights. A valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, and telehandlers
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults, using diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Working at heights, using scaffolding or aerial lifts
