About the Role
We're seeking a Growth Strategist to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand our customer base.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement effective growth strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns to engage with existing customers and acquire new customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within an SME environment, with a track record of driving growth and increasing revenue.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and analytics.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns.
- An innovative and customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality growth initiatives.
- Experience managing external agencies and working collaboratively with creatives.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £43,000-£50,000 (DOE), with an uncapped bonus scheme.
