About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Blackheath. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction to individuals with mental health illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction under the supervision of a more senior Occupational Therapist.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and occupational therapy pathways.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Occupational Therapist with the HCPC and have a strong understanding of occupational therapy process and interventions. You will also need to have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
