We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Farming Expert to join our agricultural team, who will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of sustainability. This role involves developing and implementing effective production plans, managing harvest operations, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Apart from a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, we offer company vehicle, private health care, and opportunities for professional development.
