Access Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Access Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our installation and maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing access equipment to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of manufacturer specifications and safety standards. You will also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance and services on access equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults on access equipment
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Provide an excellent level of service to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Manufacturer training courses beneficial but not essential
- Within a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Ideal clean manual driving license
Salary and Benefits:
- £32,500 salary (dependent on experience)
- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
- Company vehicle with fuel card
- Mobile phone provided
- 9:00-5:30 working hours
- No overtime expected
- Pension
