Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team of experts in the East Lancs region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our broadband network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain broadband network equipment, including routers and modems
  • Repair and troubleshoot technical issues with our network infrastructure
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Organised and customer-focused individual with a passion for problem-solving
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
