Deputy Homecare Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care professional to join our team as a Deputy Homecare Manager at Leeds Jewish Welfare Board.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) that requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of care staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CQC standards.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • UK driving license.
  • Strong admin skills, particularly adept at using Microsoft Office Suite.
