We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Corus Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food purchase, storage, preparation, cooking, and serving.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining a clean kitchen environment, promoting high standards, and complying with relevant legislation and regulations.
A key aspect of this role is the management of risk to ensure a safe operating environment for staff, service users, and the public.
Responsibilities include planning menus in consultation with the manager and service users, ensuring sufficient stock quantities, and liaising with local suppliers for best value.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
