The Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Family Law and/or Litigation, with the ability to handle complex cases. They will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of family law and/or litigation matters, including but not limited to divorce, private child arrangements, financial disputes, civil litigation matters, and landlord and tenant disputes.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on family law and litigation matters, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with legal standards.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, bundles, skeleton arguments, etc.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated with developments in family law and civil litigation.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Liaise with clients, courts, and opposing parties, managing relationships and expectations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, but also independently manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate case records, manage deadlines, and ensure effective time management.
