**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our Adult Community Therapy team, working alongside adults experiencing a range of long-term health conditions and acute deteriorations. This role offers a great opportunity to champion purposeful and meaningful activity, supporting patients to rehabilitate, recover, and self-care.

**Requirements**

  • Degree or equivalent diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • Experience of working in community and hospital settings
  • Evidence of leadership and collaboration skills

**Salary Information**

£37,338 - £44,962 per annum, pro rata.
