About the Role

DaVita International is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our global team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Review and provide commentary on international country forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Country Submissions: Coordinate country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters, providing group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results.
  • Financial Reporting: Continuously simplify and improve financial reporting projects, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and build Anaplan models as required, with training provided for new system users.
  • Business Intelligence: Work with Essbase and Hyperion to support business intelligence analyses, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Country Queries: Respond to country-related queries, ensuring prompt and accurate support.
  • Annual Budgeting: Participate in the annual budgeting process, contributing to the development of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Deal Valuation Modelling: Support deal valuation modelling and assist with M&A due diligence work as required.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support as needed, including data pulls and preparation of management reports and board papers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a Corporate Finance or FP&A team in a similar role for a multi-national organization, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Financial Modelling: Demonstrable experience building and presenting financial models from scratch, with a strong understanding of financial planning tools.
  • Mathematical and Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight turnaround times.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable using the MS Office suite, with familiarity with financial planning tools such as Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle, and BI tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with ACCA or CIMA certification preferred.
