Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a variety of projects, initially within the Student Accommodation and Living Sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a good working understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop design software, and Microsoft Office suite. They will also have a strong technical knowledge of the RIBA stages and be able to deliver projects in a job running capacity.

The Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of architectural technologists
• Developing client relationships and ensuring project delivery within client and project deadlines
• Evaluating situations, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth, and setting goals and outcomes
• Building personal networks and recognizing the value of other team members in enhancing overall performance
• Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members and colleagues
• Managing personal and professional development and seeking opportunities for further development and skill enhancement

The successful candidate will have:

• Practical design experience across various building types
• An excellent approach and attitude toward high-quality design solutions
• Technical competence in projects from inception to completion
• IT literacy in current computer packages and presentation software
• Excellent hand-drawing, illustration, and presentation skills

We offer a competitive salary (DOE) in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, a generous benefits package, and the option for home and flexible working.
