About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead the commercial development of our Fleet Electrification and Energy Flexibility activities, both internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and profitability while contributing to Veolia's ambition of Ecological Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with Veolia's business development strategy, focusing on cross-selling our services to existing customers and expanding our customer base.
  • Prepare and refine our electrification and flexibility offerings for each customer segment, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Engage with customers across all business units, gather feedback, and drive commercial discussions to secure contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and contractors to strengthen and develop our offers and competitiveness.
  • Explore and apply for relevant grants or financing solutions to support our services and innovation projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, energy, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the energy industry, with a track record of negotiating and executing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
