Administrative and Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our team at Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd in Salisbury. This is a varied role that will involve managing office operations, finances, business registrations, cyber security, website maintenance, social media, trade shows, stock management, travel, and packing.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day office operations, including finance, HR, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and health and safety.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Oversee the management of stock, including ordering, storing, and distributing materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the company's expenses.
- Assist the directors in planning and organizing trade shows and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and financial management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
