Cleaning and Facilities Supervisor Opportunity

First Call Contract Services is seeking a skilled Cleaning and Facilities Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of cleaning professionals and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained across our retail operations in Portsmouth, Southampton, and Bournemouth.

This is a permanent role with immediate interviews and starts available. If you have experience in deep cleaning and facilities management, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure all cleaning schedules and rotas are managed effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in deep cleaning and facilities management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • A valid driver's license and ability to use a company vehicle
