Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Multi Trader. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling in residential properties around Southend.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-trade professional to work with a leading contractor who requires someone to cover maintenance aspects in the area. As a Multi Trader, you will be working independently, using your skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out maintenance tasks in residential properties
  2. Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential properties, good social skills, and excellent customer service skills. They must also hold an asbestos awareness certificate and a valid DBS check. A full driving license and desired qualifications are essential for this role.
