Customer Community Host

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER COMMUNITY HOST to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience within our retail destinations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our destinations meet the highest standards of service, safety, and security, and for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through events, marketing initiatives, and other activities.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement plans to enhance the customer experience within our destinations
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that our destinations meet the highest standards of service, safety, and security
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through events, marketing initiatives, and other activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Technical skills and experience in customer experience management, event planning, and marketing
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
