As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's sales, customer service, and visual merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the management of stock levels, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, with experience of managing a team and achieving sales targets. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of the retail industry.
