Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cost Control Specialist to join our Commercial, Estimating and Buying team in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in cost control and financial reporting to make a significant impact on our construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of cost control and financial reporting duties, covering all aspects of construction work undertaken by Vistry West Yorkshire. You will play a key role in improving upon individual project outcomes and ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective cost control strategies, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting across all construction projects.
  • To conduct thorough analysis and reporting on project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, providing clear insights into project performance.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of commercial and estimating services.
