Sales Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our client's products and training services, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and relevant advice to customers regarding our client's products and training services.
  • Maintain customer information and ensure prompt and accurate recording of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with allocated accounts to generate consistent orders and introduce new products to existing customers.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers to explore new business opportunities and negotiate sales terms to bring deals to a successful conclusion.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets set by the Head of Sales and liaise effectively with other team members to coordinate efforts and share relevant information.
  • Confirm and update customer information systematically on the database after interactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records.
