Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team at Staffing Match. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys, including assisting with the preparation of legal documents, conducting research, and organizing files.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  3. File Management: Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
  4. CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATION: Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case.
  5. Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys.
  6. Trial Preparation: Prepare exhibits and other materials for trial or hearings. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and witness statements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  1. Family Law Experience: Experience within Family Law.
  2. Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  3. Research Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using legal research databases and software.
  5. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  9. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  10. Filing Systems: Familiarity with electronic filing systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 per year, offering a competitive remuneration package and an unrivalled benefits scheme.
