About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the delivery of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all branch processes and procedures
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice
- Represent Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador, interacting with the community and promoting our services
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. You should also have experience working in a customer-focused environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
