We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Controller to join our team at Mi Talent Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing our company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on vehicle downtime, VOR, and VNA
- Communicate with third-party support partners and stakeholders
- Manage motor insurance claims and administer fleet-related tasks
- Collaborate with the Fleet Team to reduce costs, downtime, and accidents
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and distribute documents in a timely manner
- Administer grey fleet ownership and produce monthly report data
- IT proficiency in Office 365, particularly in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, and worksheet designs)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure office environment
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage a high volume of work under tight deadlines
- Previous logistics and/or fleet/transport experience advantageous
Full-time, 4 on 4 off rotation, averaging 44 hours per 6 months. Salary: £30k basic + £1k performance bonus.
