Senior Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Specialist to join our Cancer Care team at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients with cancer, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the care of patients with cancer, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest standard of care.
- Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that care is coordinated and effective.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them to understand their condition and treatment options.
- Contribute to the development of new care pathways and protocols, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in cancer care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
