Job Role

We are seeking a Casual Nursery Worker to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily care and activities of our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, changing, and ensuring their overall well-being.
  2. Participate in activities and sessions designed to promote children's learning and development, such as arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
  3. Support the nursery team in maintaining a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of meals and snacks, ensuring they meet the nutritional needs of our children.
  5. Engage with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's daily activities and progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a genuine passion for working with children.
