Multi-skilled Production Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Borehamwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, calibration, and repair of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all equipment in a safe and efficient working order.
- Ensure that all activities are completed in a timely manner.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Participate in shift handovers and project meetings to maintain open communication.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Must have relevant engineering experience, preferably in a food, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals environment.
- Aptitude for hands-on work and problem-solving.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Apprenticeship served preferred but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £44,000 + excellent benefits package. After 9 months the salary increases to approximately £50k on a 24/7 shift (4 on/4 off).
