Job Title: Financial Director - EMEA

Colliers International EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
  • Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial results.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units, ensuring effective financial management and control.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis tools to support business decision-making.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial results.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of the business.
Requirements:
  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results in a dynamic growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to consider the bigger picture and its impact on the business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • US GAAP knowledge preferred but not essential.
  • SOX environment experience preferred but not essential.
