About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our team at a forward-thinking primary school in East Midlands. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 3
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
