Stonegate Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Projects Executive to join our dynamic Digital team. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of all ongoing digital marketing initiatives.

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Project Management: Effectively utilize Trello to manage incoming digital briefs, guaranteeing clarity and completeness for seamless project execution.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive digital plans, share them with the Commercial team for review, and facilitate communication regarding any inquiries or issues related to the plan.
  • Asset Coordination: Create detailed digital asset briefs and work closely with the Design Studio to ensure timely completion of assets. Oversee the seamless sharing of these assets with the Digital team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to implement and execute projects aimed at enhancing Stonegate's internal and external digital initiatives.
  • Project Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Support the gathering and organization of project-related data and documentation for efficient reporting and analysis.

We are looking for a graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent experience in project management is highly valued. Your proficiency in Trello and your ability to effectively manage digital projects will be essential assets to our team.
