Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Aviation Advisor to join our team at LunaJets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary objective will be to proactively build a portfolio of clients and negotiate the best flight options on the market for our customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring flights, including outside of office hours, and ensuring seamless check-in and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions and maintaining a high standard of bespoke service
  • Proactively approach clients through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to convert prospects into customers
  • Build relationships with operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft and provide solutions for clients
  • Supervise a team of advisors and report to line managers
  • Reach sales and financial targets
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of aircraft and charter processes
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Present tailor-made offers to commercially minded clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Private Aviation Advisor or broker
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with other languages an asset
  • Client-focused with a high sense of responsibility, enjoying working in a competitive environment
  • Self-starter who is not afraid to think outside the box and a strong team player
  • Results and goal-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
