Job Title: Traffic Marshall

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team at Search. As a Traffic Marshall, you will be responsible for coordinating plant operators, site traffic, and ensuring that all movement of people and plant is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate plant operators and site traffic to ensure safe and efficient movement of people and plant
• Enforce HSE standards and maintain a safe working environment
• Provide guidance and support to site personnel on traffic management and safety procedures
• Collaborate with site management to develop and implement traffic management plans

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Recognised Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification
• Full PPE
• Ability to provide references from previous employment
