**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical System Support Specialist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our Clinical IT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative computer systems and experience in a hospital environment, particularly with Trust-wide IT systems.

**About the Role:**

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based at one of our ESNEFT sites in Ipswich or Colchester and will be required to travel to all Trust sites as needed.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Provide expert support and guidance on the usage of designated applications
  • Maintain accurate records of system configuration and performance
  • Collaborate with Epic representatives and participate in relevant training and certification programs
