Pain Medicine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Anaesthesia Consultant with a strong interest in Pain Medicine to provide expert consultation clinics and perform procedures on our Mobile Injection Units. The ideal candidate will have GMC registration, MBBS or Equivalent, full Accreditation for Higher Specialist Training, FFPMRCA or Equivalent, and a post-graduate qualification relevant to Pain or relevant experience.

• Provide expert anaesthetic care across a range of surgical procedures.
• Develop and implement pain management plans for patients with acute and chronic pain.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive pain management services.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of pain medicine.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring junior staff and medical students.

The successful candidate will have:

• Membership of relevant Specialist Societies or Associations.
• Evidence of clinical commitment and a relevant specialty interest.
