As a seasoned care professional, you will oversee care delivery operations, ensuring regulatory standards are maintained and driving business growth. Your key objective will be to enhance service quality and uphold compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve the CQC rating to Good or above and maintain this standard.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff in partnership with the Registered Manager and HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and all relevant regulations.
  • Support staff in preparation for internal and external inspections by the CQC.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for yourself, your team, and the organisation.
  • Plan and implement service quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage customer feedback, including complaints and safeguarding processes.
  • Oversee risk, health, and safety management for the team, and handle emergency escalations.
