About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Home Operations Manager to support the delivery of quality care in our facilities. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality care standards
  • Motivate and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Support the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also require experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as HR experience.
