The Role
We're seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the internal works packages at our Friary Park scheme in Acton. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanence. As the driving force behind our subcontractors and consultants, you'll ensure they meet and exceed our expectations in terms of programme and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a block comprising 91 units across 17 storeys.
- Oversee the full process from completion of the frame to handover.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to meet project expectations.
- Ensure attention to detail and extensive experience in construction management.
- Knowledge of drylining, MEP, carpentry, firestopping, and light safety systems is essential.
